Order for snow tyres

I hate the fact that the website of the company that I work for is not working correctly. It is driving me crazy and I want you to know about this. I don^t know what to do with it and how to deal with this problem. I would like people to realize that they can depend on us and on the services that we provide but it is not the case most of the time. Sometimes they will experience errors on this website and the fact is that there is nothing that they can do about it. Another problem is the fact that sometimes the products in the store are presented as if they were available while the fact is that we don^t have them in our warehouse. That was the situation recently with the snow tyres that some customer has ordered from us. He was certain that we still have them in our offer while the truth was completely different. We have ran out of them long time ago but the information has not been updated on our official website of the store. That is why he thought that they can still be purchased. Luckily he has understood the problem and the fact that our snow tyres are no longer available. I hope that situations of that kind won^t happen again. Tell me what do you think about it and what are the chances that you will buy something from us in the near future.
